Studying a career related to the technological or digital sector is not easy, previously it was not common to find women writing code in large companies, however, today inclusion is present in companies as representative as Yahoo, YouTube, Apple that have women at the head of positions of great relevance and innovative leadership.
Some notable women in this area are:
Sheryl Sandberg, operations director of Facebook, who helped Zuckerberg to make this company profitable and one of the most influential in the world. In 2012, Sheryl Sandberg became the first woman to serve on Facebook's board of directors. She also worked at Google, serving as vice president of sales and global online operations.
2.- Susan Wojcicki
Susan Wojcicki, YouTube CEO, who also worked for Google. Wojcicki often talks about the importance of balancing family and professional life, and with five children, he has the experience to back up his words.
3.- Marissa Mayer
Marissa Mayer, CEO of Yahoo! since 2012, she is another of the women in technology who also has a history with Google, a company where she worked for ten years as an executive and spokesperson. Within his philosophy emphasizes the one that "not only is to create functional and attractive products, but to be able to understand what the client wants and to offer it to him of the successful form".
The tech world needs more coder role models like Marisa Mayer.That’s because only then are we ever going to convince the next generation that computer science isn’t just for men.

While it is true that the technology business has the reputation of being a field dominated by men, these women demonstrate every day that gender is not an obstacle to success in any company.
