To accelerate their development process and monetize their work, RTA needed to increase their speed. However, expanding their existing team was not feasible due to budget constraints, leaving them stuck in the middle. As a result, they decided to explore Nearshoring as an option. Leveraging the VP of Engineering's previous experience with offshoring teams, RTA began searching for a suitable partner in Mexico.
For RTA, it was important to find a partner with whom they could collaborate seamlessly, making the process easy and efficient. They wanted someone who would always be available to support them and keep the nearshore team feeling like an integral part of their in-house team. They aimed to avoid the challenges associated with having a dedicated contact person or an unreachable CEO that could hinder communication.
After getting to know Xipe’s development and support team and recognizing their commitment to collaboration, RTA chose Xipe as their nearshoring partner.
RTA required a team of three developers skilled in Vue.js, NestJS, and TypeScript technologies who not only possessed the technical expertise but also shared RTA's cultural values of being humble, hungry, and smart.
Our people acquisition team embraced their culture as their own, seeking individuals who not only possessed the necessary technical skills but also shared cultural similarities. We established a shared pipeline, allowing RTA to have real-time visibility into the hiring process and providing them with real-time insights for each candidate.
Within a span of two months, we successfully assembled a team of three developers who started working directly with RTA’s product development team to continuously build and release new software features in their products.
