Frequently Asked
Questions
Everything you need to know about how Xipe works, what we build, and how we engage with clients.
What services does Xipe offer?
Xipe offers three core services:
- Custom Software Development — production-ready digital products built through an AI-augmented delivery pipeline.
- AI & Technology Consulting — strategic and technical advisory for companies building AI-driven products or modernizing their architecture.
- Staff Augmentation — senior engineering talent embedded into your team via our partner Necodex, with AI-powered workflows included.
We also offer continuous compliance automation for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA through autonomous agents.
How does AI augmentation change the development process?
Most teams add AI as a developer assistant — one tool per developer, each with its own context. We take the opposite approach.
We use DIANA, a single AI engine that acts as the guardian of the entire codebase. DIANA defines expected behavior before any code is written, validates it the moment it exists (not in a final QA sprint), and keeps documentation synchronized automatically. One source of truth. Zero guesswork. This compresses delivery cycles by 30–50% without sacrificing engineering quality.
What technologies does Xipe specialize in?
Our primary stack is .NET (C#) for backend services and React (TypeScript) for frontend applications, deployed on cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.
We also work with agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, DevOps pipelines, and compliance tooling including SBOM generation and CVE triage.
Do you work with companies outside of Mexico?
Yes. We serve clients in Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our team is structured for asynchronous collaboration across time zones and has extensive experience in distributed, cross-border engagements.
What is DIANA and why does it matter for my project?
DIANA is our proprietary AI engine — the centerpiece of how we build software. Instead of treating AI as a coding assistant, DIANA operates as a single source of truth for the entire project:
- Writes behavioral specifications before development begins
- Runs tests the moment new code exists
- Maintains living documentation automatically as the codebase evolves
The result is a codebase that is fully verified from day one, with no knowledge gaps and no "figure it out later" moments.
Who owns the code and intellectual property after the project?
All code, designs, and deliverables produced for a client become the client's exclusive intellectual property upon full payment. We never reuse client-specific work across other projects. Our Client Policies document covers IP, confidentiality, and deliverable ownership in full detail.
What compliance standards do your AI agents support?
Our compliance agents handle the full audit evidence lifecycle:
- Generate versioned Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs)
- Perform CVE triage with reachability analysis to filter out false positives
- Maintain audit evidence synchronized with the live state of the repository
Supported frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Timelines depend on scope, but our AI-augmented system typically reduces delivery cycles by 30–50% compared to traditional teams. A well-scoped MVP can ship in 6–10 weeks.
We provide a detailed delivery estimate after an initial scoping session. No commitment required for that first conversation.
Can you work alongside my existing engineering team?
Yes, in two ways:
- Staff Augmentation — through our partner Necodex, we embed senior engineers from Mexico into your team with our AI workflows already in place.
- Consulting — we advise your existing team on adopting AI-augmented practices, modernizing architecture, or solving specific technical challenges.
How do I start a project with Xipe?
Fill out the contact form or email us at hola@xipetechnology.com. We respond within 24 hours to schedule a scoping call where we learn about your project, constraints, and goals.
No commitment required for the initial conversation.
